Dance cards for homecoming are now available in the High School office. Remember, if you are bringing a student that does not go to Ridgeview, the card must be filled out by their school. Don’t wait until the last minute. All Ridgeview students must have a dance card turned in to attend the dance and their ticket purchased. Tickets are $10 per person.

On Tuesday Sept. 12th there will be a meeting for any current 6th thru 8th grader interested in playing JH Boys Basketball this year in Mr. Kennedy's room during 9th hour. There will also be shoe sizing during that same time for any hs boys basketball player in Mr. Kennedy's room as well. If you have questions please see Mr. Kennedy.

Seniors, if you are thinking about going to a 4 year college, sign up for CommonApp.com NOW. and add Ms. Swartz as your counselor. Complete one application for thousands of schools. Ms. Swartz will input all your data and schools receive transcripts electronically.
ALL high school students, there will be several college representative visits during activity period this month. It is NEVER too early to talk to a college rep. September 12th is Greenville college, September 14 is IWU, and September 26th is Heartland CC so far. Scan the QR codes on the flyers by the gym, stairs, or in the basement to sign up. Questions? Parkland College is hosting a college fair next week on Wednesday the 13th.
It will be held at the Dodds Athletic Center on the campus of Parkland College in Champaign. The event will take place in the evening starting at 6:00 and running until 8:00. Seniors and juniors looking to attend college in the future should consider attending this event.
