This year there is a new traveling trophy for the overall winners of homecoming week. It is called, "THE HOMECOMING GOAT". If your class wins you will receive the trophy and your class picture will go in the trophy case with the goat trophy!!!
Time is running out to purchase your Homecoming tickets - you must sign a dance card and purchase your $10 ticket by TODAY - you will not be let in the dance without a ticket!
Be sure to get your ticket during 4th hour if you dressed up for today’s Theme We will also be counting everyone that dressed up during 6th period.
High school students that want to goto the Lexington Homecoming Parade on Friday - make sure your parents sign the permission slip that was emailed to them. Students without permission will remain at the school that afternoon.
Attention ALL Ridgeview students who drive to school. If you have not turned in a parking form and payment, you do not officially have a spot and should not be parking in anyone else's space. If you're planning to park on campus, make sure to stop by the office to secure your spot by submitting your form and payment, or by picking up a form and checking which spots are still available. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the office or Mr. Cox. Mr. Cox will also be following up with students who reserved a spot last year but have not yet paid. Please take care of this as soon as possible. Thank you!

COUNSELOR’S CORNER:
Illinois State University will be hosting the McClean County College Fair. It will take place on Tuesday, October 1st, 5:30 to 7:00 pm at the Bone Student Center on ISU's campus in Normal. This is a great event for any senior or junior considering college. Representatives from many different colleges and universities will be there.
