MAP testing has been moved to Wednesday, September 14th, due to internet issues. Parking spot painting and volunteer opportunities will be moved to Wednesday, as well.
Dance cards for homecoming are now available in the HS office. If you are bringing an out-of-school guest, the dance card must be filled out by their home school. Please make sure you allow enough time for it to be returned. You may purchase your tickets for $10 per person after you turn in your dance card.
If you are playing in the powder puff football game, please turn in your signed waiver to Mrs. Schultz ASAP.
Attention Homecoming Court, you will take a Homecoming Court Picture tomorrow after 6th hour!! Please meet by the HS office right after 6th hour! If you have questions, see Mrs. Schultz.

Anyone interested in joining junior high student council can meet in Mrs. Kennedy’s room during 9th hour activity period today.
Junior High Basketball Cheerleaders have a meeting during 9th hour on Wednesday in Mrs. Kennedy’s room.
Today there will be Class meetings for Homecoming during 9th hour - same location as before
There will be a quick Game Club meeting at the beginning of activity period and then proceed to your class meetings
Tuesday the 13th - HS Cheer, both football and basketball, will meet in the APR during 9th hour
Wednesday the 14th - FFA will be meeting in the AG Shop during 9th hour
Thursday the 15th - Class meetings for Homecoming during 9th hour - same location as before
Friday the 16th - Freshmen will be meeting with Mr. Quinn in the Media Center during 9th hour
COUNSELOR’S CORNER:
The Gibson Area Hospital is looking for high school students to join their auxiliary volunteer team. This is a great community service opportunity. See Mr. Quinn for details
Parkland College in Champaign will be hosting a Regional College Fair. Representatives from over 70 colleges and universities from around the midwest will be in attendance. This event will take place on Parkland's campus at the Dodds Athletic Center. It all happens on Wednesday, September 14th. It will be held from 6:00 - 8:00 pm. We encourage any juniors or seniors thinking about college to attend this event
